Are you where you want and or need to be? Where should you be?

Hi, I’m Larry Tyler, owner of SimpliFlo, where we take the complicated out of your business cash flow and make it simple.

In my experience, as a business owner, what you want, need, desire, or dream of for yourself, your family, employees, and customers generally comes to fruition through your business cash flow. Will your plans, needs, and ambitions be hampered if your business cash flow isn’t sufficient to fund these things?

So, right now today, where are you? Let me walk you through a short exercise to help you determine that.

You are wherever you are NOW.

What if you need or want something within the next 24 months, and need to fund it out of your business? Will you be able to pay for it?
You will be in one of the four situations indicated by this graphic:

At the end of the next 24 months, you will find yourself in one of these four situations. There is a dollar amount of cash that you will either have or won’t have that determines your position. What will that dollar amount be for you in each situation?

People always think the path from NOW to the future is a straight line, but it is a curved line in reality.

The line to crisis and poor accelerated as time goes on, and this happens because people drift. Business life is never static.

The second law of thermodynamics says that things wind down, never up. To maintain a positive move ahead, you must apply more energy. Do something extra, do things you are currently not doing, and drop items you are doing that maybe you are conscious of or not.

Those in the OK situation and definitely in an ideal case are there because they make decisions. These decisions help get them there and keep them there.

Your decisions are the difference between ideal and crisis. Make sense?

Any idea which situation you are in right now?

If you are in an OK situation now and you start drifting, and you go to poor or crisis, will that be a problem? It will undoubtedly be a problem if you don’t notice you are drifting. When do you think you will see you are drifting? When you need money to do something, will it be there?

If you are in a poor situation and try to make a quick jump to OK or ideal to meet a need or desire, would you say the leap would be risky, impossible, expensive, or hard?

Several decisions that you face as a business owner:
• Jump lines – what will that take?
• Do something to make sure you ride the curve.
• An opportunity is available to those who want to pour into the result and accelerate results to make it happen sooner for those serious about their future.

The question is, how long do you want to wait before you jump lines?

You might be asking, “How do I jump lines? I need to do something?”

Glad you asked.
• We start by monitoring your cash flow to drive your business forward and upward. Recall the second law of thermodynamics? Things wind down, not up. You must continually be applying energy to move forward.
• We put together a cash flow forecast which includes your goals.
• We apply Top Line Accounting™ principles to take out your business profit and the owner’s pay first and not last.
• We will develop a process or plan to put you on the road – headed in the direction you want to go.
• It is our goal to get you on the green line and keep you there.

The critical question for you to answer, how long do you want to wait before you want to do something?
We do three things for business owners:
• Help them jump lines.
• Help them ride the curve.
• Help them accelerate their results.
